MainSt AI LLC ("MainSt.", "we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered receptionist service for local businesses. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our service.
When you call a business that uses MainSt., our AI receptionist may collect: your name, phone number, the reason for your call, and any other information you voluntarily share during the conversation. We also collect call metadata such as call duration, timestamp, and the phone number you called from.
We use the information collected to: provide the receptionist service to the business you called, send you follow-up text messages related to your inquiry (with your consent), notify the business owner of your call, and improve our AI service quality.
If you provide your phone number during a call, you may receive a follow-up SMS related to your inquiry. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We share your information only with: the business you called (they are our client and the reason you called), our service providers (Twilio for phone/SMS, Groq for AI processing), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Call transcripts and lead information are retained for as long as our business client maintains their account with us, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

By accessing or using the MainSt. service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MainSt. AI LLC provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service to local businesses ("Clients"). When you call a business that uses our Service, our AI answers the call, assists with your inquiry, and may collect your contact information to pass along to the business.
When you call a business using MainSt., you are interacting with an AI assistant. The AI will identify itself as an AI assistant if asked. Information you share during the call (name, phone number, reason for calling) will be provided to the business you called. You may receive a follow-up text message related to your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Business clients subscribe to MainSt. under a separate service agreement. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to use an AI receptionist for their business and for complying with all applicable laws regarding call handling and data collection in their jurisdiction.
MainSt. provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, or any damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the preceding month.
Business clients may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms or non-payment.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
